Ocean Tides Expands and Renovates Entire Facility

In April, 2006, Ocean Tides, after an extensive open and competitive bid process, began refurbishing and expanding its present facility adding over 3000 square feet which previously housed the offices of the De LaSalle Christian Brothers. Our new state of the art facility will include a new dorm for residential students, recreational facilities and a new media center. The entire project, being built by Parisault Construction, should take between six to nine months at a cost of approximately two million dollars. The De LaSalle Christian Brothers have moved their offices back to their own residential facility.

                               Ocean Tides Construction Nears Completion

 Phase Two and Three of the Ocean Tides School project is expected to be completed this week (February 5,2007). This area includes our new library, media center/computer lab, state of the art science lab, executive conference room, principal’s office and the school secretary’s office. We also have a new resident lounge, three new classrooms, a large art room, ceramics room, senior staff office, and refurbished laundry room. Everyone is anxious to move into the new facilities and enjoy all these special features, long anticipated, soon available!
