Lasallian Youth Group
Lasallian Youth is a group of students that participates in activities based on three components of the Lasallian tradition: Faith, Service, and Community.
Faith is based on Christian principles; Service to those in need; and Community in fellowship. Most Lasallian schools have a Lasallian Youth Group at their respective schools and participate in a wide range of activities.
These pictures are from summer of 2006 in which three Ocean Tides students attended the annual Lasallian Youth Conference at Keystone College in Pennsylvania. Every summer a large gathering of Lasallian students and chaperones is held in different areas of the U.S. The event focuses on Service Learning, Team Building, and Social Awareness.
Other activities in which Lasallian Youth at Ocean Tides has experienced include: Indoor rock climbing (for team building) and Music and Artistic Expression at the Black Repertory Theater in Providence, RI
